Yishui Xinyuan Paper Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Yishui County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. Its main products include a variety of industrial and cultural papers, including offset paper, flatbed roll-type writing paper, glossy paper, yellow anti-myopia paper, and composite paper.

Compere provided a comprehensive power quality monitoring and distribution management solution for this project, utilizing a multi-function power meter and power distribution management system, along with other hardware and software.
Due to the rapid expansion of Yishui Xinyuan Paper Industry’s business, the company decided to renovate and expand its production workshop. However, from the outset of the production line expansion, a targeted overhaul was initiated to address the previously extensive electricity management practices. The project’s renovation plan included an intelligent power efficiency monitoring terminal installed in the distribution room. This terminal collects energy consumption and operational information from each energy monitoring point. A communication management machine processes the various power parameters and data collected by the monitoring terminal and uploads them to the distribution management system in the central control room. This energy management system, through online monitoring, statistics, analysis, and comparison, helps users quickly understand the company’s energy usage, providing a basis and guidance for energy efficiency improvements. It also assists on-duty personnel in fault identification and hidden fault analysis, enhancing the company’s ability to detect, warn, and address the operating status of electrical products and their circuits, and strengthening physical prevention measures.
