Henan Agricultural University Longzihu Campus (New Campus) Longzihu University Town is a key component of the Zhengdong New District, located south of the Jialu River and north of Dongfeng Canal and Jinshui East Road. The new campuses of Henan Agricultural University and 13 other universities are located in a circular pattern along Longzihu Lake. The new campus is located west of the East Fourth Ring Road, north of Jicheng Road, south of Wenyuan North Road, and east of the Longzihu Inner Ring Road, enjoying a prime location and convenient transportation. The new campus covers a total land area of ​​1,287,847.1 square meters, with a construction area of ​​1,046,298.1 square meters. The total designed building area is over 700,000 square meters, and the total investment is approximately 2 billion yuan. After the completion and operation of the 200,000-square-meter library in the first phase of the project, it will accommodate nearly 10,000 students for normal teaching, daily life, and sports activities.

3. Reactive power demand is high, as schools and hospitals most commonly use fluorescent lamps, computers, projectors, and printers (inductive loads), which are numerous.
4. Schools, hospitals, and research institutions often have a large number of precision instruments, requiring high power supply stability and maintaining backup power supplies.
