Datun Coal and Power (Group) Co., Ltd. is currently a subsidiary of China Coal Group, a large state-owned enterprise engaged in the comprehensive operation of coal, power, aluminum, railway transportation, industry, and services. The existing facilities include four pairs of modern, high-efficiency coal mines, a thermal power plant with a total installed capacity of 444MW, a gangue-fired power plant, a 100,000-ton-per-year electrolytic aluminum plant, and a high-precision aluminum plate and strip processing plant. It also owns a 171-kilometer self-operated railway line connected to the Longhai Railway. Its pioneering integrated coal-power-aluminum-transportation operation has earned it the reputation of the “Datun Model”—a rationally structured industrial structure—within the national coal industry. This project is a thermal power plant with two 350,000-kilowatt supercritical coal-fired power units, providing heating capacity for 12 million square meters. It also involves the dismantling of 38 small, decentralized coal-fired boilers within the heating area. The total dynamic investment for the project is 3.452 billion yuan.

A “large-scale replacement of small-scale” project was signed with Datun Coal and Power Group in Xuzhou, providing the project with low-voltage motor protection controllers and multi-functional instruments. The KPM73 multi-functional power meter, a high-end power meter from Kangpai Intelligent, can measure over thirty basic electrical quantities, supports up to 51st harmonic calculation, and provides 0.5S-level four-quadrant energy statistics. It also features refined manufacturing processes and excellent insulation performance, providing accurate and effective monitoring data for power management systems.
