1. Company Profile
The Gaozhuang Coal Mine of Zaozhuang Mining Group is affiliated with Zaozhuang Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. Located in Fucun Town, east of Weishan Lake, the mine covers an area of 32 square kilometers, boasting 280 million tons of geological reserves and 130 million tons of recoverable reserves. The mining area lies primarily beneath Weishan Lake. The primary coal seams are the Upper 3 and Lower 3 of the Shanxi Formation, with average thicknesses of 4.83 meters and 3.58 meters, respectively. The coal types are gas coal and one-third coking coal. Construction began in 1992, and production management was transferred to the mine in 1998. The mine had a designed annual production capacity of 900,000 tons. Technological improvements were implemented in 2002, increasing annual production capacity to 1.8 million tons. In 2005, the mine produced 3.227 million tons of raw coal, generating profits and taxes of 375 million yuan. The mine has been recognized as a nationally recognized high-yield and high-efficiency mine and one of the “Top Ten Coal Mines.”
2. Project Construction Status
Based on the power monitoring system and electromechanical integrated automation system of Gaozhuang Coal Mine, a smart energy management system is installed and applied to realize centralized monitoring, power metering, data collection, data query, operation monitoring, energy consumption statistics, online power quality harmonic analysis and other functions, and to conduct centralized monitoring in the electromechanical integrated automation control center. At the same time, an Android & IOS dual-system mobile phone APP is provided, and the mobile phone APP has information push and data analysis functions.
The project construction is mainly reflected in the following six aspects:
(1) Gaozhuang Coal Mine Energy Management Application Large Screen
Through the construction of the Gaozhuang Coal Mine smart energy management large screen, the power consumption indicators of the compressed air system, ventilation system, hoisting system, drainage system, belt system and the energy consumption ranking of the main energy-consuming equipment are comprehensively displayed. A picture can intuitively and comprehensively see the energy structure of the enterprise, analyze the energy consumption habits of the enterprise, and provide strong support for the daily management, production operation and decision-making analysis of the enterprise.
(2) Energy operation monitoring
The system monitors the operation of the power grid and displays grid parameters such as active power, reactive power, apparent power, voltage, current, power factor, and frequency. It has the functions of peak and valley power metering, energy consumption statistical analysis, online power quality analysis, data collection, and operation monitoring.
(3) Energy statistics
Communicate with the main lifting, main operation, main drainage, main ventilation, and compressed air automation systems, collect relevant data variables and reference power consumption, and conduct intelligent analysis of the operating conditions and energy consumption of large equipment to help enterprises find weak links in energy consumption.
(4) Energy consumption analysis
By collecting static and dynamic data of the main lifting, main operation, main drainage, main ventilation, and compressed air, the operation analysis, statistical analysis, economic analysis, correlation analysis, alarm analysis, and comparative analysis of multiple energy consumption units are carried out one by one.
(5) Energy cost accounting
It has the functions of energy cost accounting, time-of-use electricity price billing, capacity-based electricity price calculation, power factor comparison, power consumption suggestions for different electricity price periods, suggestions for billing based on capacity or demand, and suggestions for reactive power compensation and compensation capacity. It improves energy consumption accounting capabilities, load forecasting, power quality optimization, power factor adjustment, load balancing, remote meter reading, remote control, abnormal alarm, provides energy consumption strategy decision analysis, reduces energy consumption costs, and assists enterprises in formulating “peak shaving and valley filling” strategies.
(6) Transformer and distribution room environmental monitoring
In the high and low voltage distribution rooms of the ground 35/6kV substation and the cable mezzanine in the basement, environmental temperature and humidity sensors, smoke sensors, and automatic fire extinguishers are installed. The monitoring data is integrated into this system. When smoke exceeds the limit, an alarm can be issued in time. When a fire occurs, the fire can be extinguished automatically.
