II. Project Overview
Henan Provincial Psychiatric Hospital, also known as the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College, was founded in June 1951. It was formerly the Third Branch of the Rear Hospital of the Pingyuan Military Region of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. Henan Provincial Psychiatric Hospital is a large, provincial-level, Class A tertiary hospital specializing in mental and neurological diseases. The hospital covers an area of 133.64 mu (approximately 16 acres), with a building area of 53,700 square meters. It has 1,500 beds and 978 employees.
The Henan Provincial Psychiatric Hospital’s power distribution system monitoring instrumentation uses compere’s KPM53 three-phase smart OEM power meter, designed with a 32-bit ARM processor and digital signal processing technology. It integrates three-phase electrical parameter measurement and display, power statistics, power quality analysis, digital input/output, and network communication. Furthermore, the project’s reactive power compensation uses Xuji Information’s CPT series non-tuned compensation filter units, all featuring a 14% reactance ratio. The capacitors feature cylindrical aluminum housings for improved heat dissipation, light weight, and compact size. They utilize dry-type (nitrogen) technology and imported, low-loss, self-healing metalized polypropylene film. The reactors utilize pure copper windings and cold-rolled silicon steel sheets from Baosteel, all undergoing an integrated process to ensure low noise and high linearity.
