Installation Requirements

1. The gas quality meets the requirements of GB 50028 Urban Gas Design Specification and is installed by a qualified professional department.
2. Gas meters should not be installed in bedrooms, bathrooms and flammable areas. They should be installed in places that are easy to observe, ventilated and dry, and free from direct sunlight, and at least 1.5 meters away from open flames.
3. Before installation, debris such as iron slag, dust, and water should be removed from the pipeline.
4. Gas meters should be installed upright and follow the gas inlet direction indicated on the case, while keeping the meter body horizontal
5. After installation, the sealing of the connection must be checked, and the leak detection pressure must not exceed 1.5 times the maximum working pressure. Open flame leak detection is strictly prohibited！

Precautions and Maintenance

1. When the product is in use, it should not be cleaned with strong caustic soda, gasoline, alcohol and other solvents, and neutral cleaning agents can be used.
2. If the product malfunctions, it should be promptly reported to the local gas supply department and repaired by professionals. Users are not allowed to disassemble it on their own.
3. Users are not allowed to disassemble the product and its accessories, let alone change its circuit and components, so as to avoid affecting explosion-proof performance, resulting in gas loss or accidents.
4. Warning sign: Potential danger of electrostatic charges. Gas meters should avoid ignition hazards caused by electrostatic charges during normal use, maintenance, and cleaning. When used in explosive environments, it should not be touched or wiped. If wiping or touching is necessary, it should be done in a well ventilated area with no gas leakage, and the outer case should be wiped with a wrung out damp cloth. It is strictly prohibited to wipe the outer case with a dry cloth!
5. Battery replacement must use the same type of battery and be carried out in a well ventilated environment with no gas leakage.
