Vortex Flow Meter
Vortex flow meters are based on the Karman vortex street theory. They use piezoelectric crystals to detect the vortex frequency generated when fluid passes through a triangular prism inside a pipe, thereby measuring the fluid flow rate.
Vortex flow meter can measure liquids, general gases, saturated steam, superheated steam, etc., and are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, and power heating.
Features
- 1. Simple structure, no moving wear parts
- 2. High measurement accuracy, high reliability, no on-site commissioning
- 3. The flow signal can be transmitted over long distances and can be networked with a computer for centralised management
- 4. Amplification board adopts unique design, common for gas and liquid.
