• The sensor should be installed in the horizontal, vertical, inclined (liquid flow direction from the bottom to up) on the same pipe as its diameter. Upstream and downstream of the sensor should be configured with a certain length of straight pipe section, the length of which should meet the requirements of 15-20D for the front straight pipe section and 5-10D for the rear straight pipe section.
• The pipeline near the installation of the liquid sensor should be filled with the measured liquid.
• The sensor should avoid being installed in a pipe with strong mechanical vibrations.
• Straight section of the inner diameter as far as possible with the sensor diameter, if not the same, should be slightly larger than the sensor diameter of the pipe, the error should be < 3%, and not more than 5 mm.
• When the measured medium contains more impurities, a filter should be installed outside the required length of the straight pipe section upstream of the sensor The sensor should be installed to avoid strong electromagnetic field interference, small space and inconvenient maintenance occasions.
